I’ve been looking at the spare tire kit via online oem dealers for the 23 base (i have the technology package) and i think an 18 inch rim comes with it. I ran a full size spare in my 2008 mdx, and i know acura always leaves room for a full size tire to fit in place of the spare so you can put the flat tire there.
I think this kit comes with the tools, jack, and tire hoist. The temporary wheel kit provides the necessary tools to change a flat tire.
